Q: About network? does it work in my country?

A: Default Network is GSM, WCDMA, FDD-LTE (besides the ones written TD or CDMA2000)

Q: About languages and Charger?

A: All Chinese Phone is with CN charger, but if you need, we also provide EU plug or convertor (besides some models of xiaomi or Meizu international version originally EU charger)

A: Google is restricted in China, most of phones without Multi-Languages/ Google Play, need to Flash Rom.We will finish flash Rom before shipment

Q: About shipment? how long?

A: Mostly it takes 3-5 days door to door service by DHL; Sometimes UPS/FedEX/Air cargo; or ship to your agent in China;

Q: What about warranty?

A: There's 1 year warranty from brand company, like Xiaomi, Meizu, etc.

A: For quality problem, pls return it back to after-sales office, or return it us, we forward it to after-sale office.

A: For small problem like camera, lcd, back cover, if you don't like to return, we also provide spare parts;

Q: What about CE, FCC, KC and other certificates?

A: We only offer original mobile phone, for example, Xiaomi phone is supplied by Xiaomi Inc.

Mobile phone available in China only comes with CCC standard, no CE or others standard certficates.

Besides,some items with international version with CE certificates.

Q: About trade terms? delivery time?

A: Normally T/T for bulk order, MOQ 5pcs each model, mixed models is ok;

A: Price is EXW Shenzhen, China;

A: Goods mostly in stock, delivery time is normally 1~3 working days, which depends on models and quantity; 

Q: What is the price for? Why some items without price?

A: Price for wholesale price, different quantity different price, pls do confirm with our sales team for final price;

A: All models with price means available; if no price, not in stock, perhaps in 2 or 3 days will arrive in stock;

Q: Why can't pay via Trade Assurance on Alibaba? or by credit card?

A: Xiaomi/Meizu(&others) are brand product, Alibaba Inc. don't offer services for these items
