How to refurbish front glass for iPhone 4S


You must clean the front digitizer glass for iPhone 4S before eveything, make sure there is no dirt on it's surface.
Step 1: Remove the Frame bezel on the screen.
Step 2: Seperate the damaged front digitizer glass from the LCD. keep the LCD and throw the digitizer.
          (you need a seperate machine to do it)
Step 3: Remove the OCA glue in backside of LCD, and clean it with liquid.
Step 4: Paste new Polorizer to the back side of LCD.
Step 5: Paste new OCA sticker to the back side of LCD.
Step 6: Assemble the LCD with Front glass for iPhone 4S together in a OCA laminating machine.
Step 7: Remove the bubble on inside the screen
Step 8: Put on the frame bezel, and assemble the frame with screen in a Mid frame pressing machine.
Congratulations, a new display screen for iPhone 4S come out. it is perfect!
